Strategic Partnerships Director

Potato Glory Sacramento, California

Amy Myrdal Miller, MS, RDN, FAND, is an award-winning dietitian and cookbook author, farmer’s daughter from North Dakota, and founder and president of Farmer’s Daughter Consulting. She helped create the Potato Glory brand in 2019 and she started the Potato Glory Culinary Council in 2020 to  crowdsource potato information and inspiration from some of the smartest leaders in the U.S. foodservice industry.

Prior to founding Farmer’s Daughter Consulting in 2014, she worked for a global public relations firm, Dole Food Company, the California Walnut Board, and The Culinary Institute of America. Today she works with a variety of clients across the food system, including global seed companies, commodity boards, and produce companies, but she spends most of her time focused on growing  demand for America’s favorite vegetable.

A farmer’s daughter from North Dakota, today Amy and her husband Scott live near Sacramento, California with their “kittens with mittens”, Schroeder and Violet. When she’s not working, she’s likely gardening, golfing, cooking, enjoying  wine, or planning their next smooth jazz cruise adventure.
